Editing
Get paid to edit videos
Yes, you can get paid for fan and pop-culture edits. On Eclips Network, campaigns pay creators to set music to TV, film, celebrity and fandom moments and post the edits on their own TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts accounts.
Every clip is reviewed against the campaign's brief, and approved clips are paid from the campaign's budget.
What you need to know
Your own accounts
You post on your own accounts and verify them, so every clip comes from an account that's really yours.
Approval
Clips are reviewed against the brief. A rejected clip comes with a reason, and clips that aren't approved aren't paid.
Pay
Per view (for example $1 per 1,000 views) or a flat rate per approved clip, from the campaign's budget.
Contests
For craft-focused editors: creative briefs with cash prize pools, judged by community vote or editors, with results on the contest page.
Videography skills
Shooting skills transfer well to editing. Eclips Network campaigns are edit campaigns, not filming gigs.

Questions, answered
- What kind of edits can I make?
- Short-form edits that set music to TV, film, celebrity and fandom moments, following each campaign's brief.
- Do I post on my own account?
- Yes. You post the edit on your own TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts account, then submit the link on the campaign's page.
- What gets a clip approved?
- Following the campaign's brief. Every clip is reviewed against it before it's paid. Common reasons for rejection are using the wrong sound, using media that isn't approved for the campaign, and copied or reused content. A rejected clip comes with a reason, and clips that aren't approved aren't paid.
- Can I use any TV or film footage?
- Use only the media the campaign's brief approves. You're responsible for any TV or film media you use outside that approved scope, and clips with media that isn't approved are rejected.
- How are contests different from campaigns?
- Campaigns pay for each approved clip. Contests are creative briefs with cash prize pools: winners are picked by community vote or by editors, and results are published on the contest page.
- Do I need videography experience?
- No. Eclips Network campaigns are edit campaigns, not filming gigs. Videography skills transfer well to editing, but you don't shoot anything.
