What is clipping?

Clipping is making short-form video edits for a campaign and getting paid from that campaign's budget when your clips are approved. On Eclips Network, clips set music to TV, film, celebrity and fandom moments, and you post them on your own TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts account.

How a clipping campaign works

Every campaign has a brief: what to make, the music or official sound to use, and the rules clips must follow. You make an edit that follows the brief, post it on your own account, then submit the link on the campaign's page.

How clips are paid

Each campaign pays one of two ways, from its budget:

  • Per view, for example $1 per 1,000 views. Per-view clips earn during an earning period (currently 7 days), then pay automatically.
  • A flat rate per approved clip.

A campaign can also set minimum views to qualify, a minimum payout and a maximum payout per clip. Earnings aren't guaranteed: pay depends on your clip's views, the campaign's rate and approval. See how clipping pay works for a worked example.

Review and approval

Every clip is reviewed against the brief before it's paid. A rejected clip comes with a reason, and clips that aren't approved aren't paid.

Where the money goes

Earnings go to your Whop balance, after any marketplace fee. You can withdraw to a bank account, PayPal or a crypto wallet. Payments under $1 can't be sent.

Contests

Contests are a separate track: creative briefs with cash prize pools, where winners are picked by community vote or by editors. Results are published on each contest page.
